Trusted Scholarship Program
Overview
At Trusted, we believe Nursing students, Early Education majors and Child Psychology are uniquely positioned to positively impact the lives of children. And we’re excited at the prospects of being able to contribute to the future of these students by helping them through college with our scholarship grant. We believe your potential should be nurtured.
Who's eligible?
Please read these eligibility requirements carefully. Help us understand your vision and you could win Trusted’s $1000 grant.
If you are a hard-working student in high school, college or university, then create a 2 minute video explaining why you think your major is the right one for you, and why you are a fit for Trusted’s scholarship. You should:
- Be a current high school senior who plan to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the San Francisco Bay Area for the entire 2017-2018 academic year, OR, be a current nursing student, early education student or child psychology major student in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, community or work-related activities.
- Be a United States citizen or legal resident living or claiming residency in California.
Guidelines for the submission video
We want you to be authentic in the video. We want to hear:
- what motivates you?
- why did you choose the major you are pursuing?
- what are you passionate about?
The video should NOT be longer than 2 minutes.

Upload your video to YouTube with the title “Trusted Child Care Scholarship”.

Submit your application here
Deadline
The deadline for the first submission is April 30, 2017 and the winner will be announced on May 15, 2017. The lucky student must claim the scholarship within two weeks after being contacted or the grant will be forfeited and we will have to choose another winner.
