General Promotional Offers & Programs Trusted Labs, Inc. Terms & Conditions

The below terms and conditions apply to promotional offers and programs (each, a “Program”) at Trusted Labs, Inc. (“Trusted”) including Programs where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the Program and are subject to, a part of and incorporated into Trusted’s Terms and Conditions, available at www.usetrusted.com/terms. In the event of a conflict in terms between these terms and conditions and the terms of a specific Program, the terms of the Program shall govern.

1. This is a limited time Program available only if you are 18 years or older and is void where prohibited by law and outside of the United States.
2. Trusted reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time.
3. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying purchases.
4. Shipping charges may apply to discounted and free promotional items.
5. If the Program has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount.
6. Program is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
7. If any of the bookings related to a Program are cancelled, if refunded, the refund will equal the amount you paid (i.e. accounting for any discounts applied), subject to applicable refund policies.
8. If a Program includes a promotional code, discount or credit for goods and services sold by another company (a “Partner”), the redemption of such code, discount or credit shall be subject to the Partner’s terms and conditions and the Partner shall be solely responsible for any matters arising therefrom after Trusted delivers the code, discount or credit to you.
9. If you violate any of these terms or the Company’s terms and conditions, the Program will be invalid.
